I’ve been trying to take a “real lunchbreak” lately which means starting earlier in the morning. 4:30 - 4:45AM early. So I am not sure this is working. I thought it was making me drowsy but then I figured “this could be allergies” so I started taking an antihistamine and pounding espresso. Fatigue is mostly dealt with now. The other thing is I am getting lots of stuff done at lunch but not really “taking a break”.
